Hello Gloria,
First I must tell you that Shayla is doing great!!!!
Everyone is so amazed as to how smart she is!!!! She
slept on my lap on the way home from your house.
We stopped twice to let her go potty and she did
fine!!!! I bought her two fleece baby blankets on our
ride home and by the time we got to my house she
was loving them. She made quite an impression on
everyone in the neighborhood. In fact last night,
about 7 of my neighbor ladies surprised me and had a
"Baby Girl Dog Shower" for me and Shayla!!!! The
people I work with are just amazed at how good she
is!!!! She does love to puppy bite, however I bought a
bag of those little rawhide bones ( plain) and she can
get them back to her back teeth and gums and chews
for hours. The vet said she had never seen a
schnauzer with all the colors that Shayla has!!!!!
Shayla is doing well with her potty training!!! No
accidents yet!!! It's funny when I take her out to
potty, she goes right towards my line of trees. She
seems to like to go under the trees and not so much
out in the open grass of my yard. I have been
walking her every night and she really enjoys it. I
also have been giving her an ice cube in the house and
she loves to lick, bite, and chase it around the
kitchen!!!!!! She is eating very well. She is so smart.
Let me tell you, there are so many people that are
amazed out how good of a job you all did with her!!!!!!
I wouldn't be surprised if you get emails that are
inquiring about your new puppies that are due?????? I
have really bragged on you and your talent with
these dogs!!!!!! Thanks for all you did for me with
Shayla. I will send you pictures in a couple of wks. I
think that is all for now, I will probably think of a
ton of things to tell you about her, and I will email
them to you.
Thanks so much,
Laura Brown
Hi Gloria,
Gabbi is doing just fine. I think she is coping pretty
well with me back to work, all things considered.
She cried a lot when I left, and was sooo thrilled
to see me at lunch time. Same thing when I left
for the afternoon. Hard to walk away when she is
upset. But that is to be expected. Each day I think
will get a bit better. She is not overly upset. She
stops crying fairly quickly at bedtime whne we
crate her. When she is awake she loves to be with
one of us at all times. If we leave a room, so does
she. Laps are great. She always wants to b on one,
ulness she gets hot. Then she just lays herself
down close enough to just touch one of us.Sooo cute!!
Gabbi is incredibly smart, especially when she
chooses to be...LOL! She is both curious and quick
to learn. The very first day I taught her to sit
and stay, and she has done it ever since! She also
comes on command most of the time. Her favortite
toys are her pink elephant and her yellow duck, as
well as the squeaky little dog you gave her. She
loves to fetch with that one. She has hours of fun
with her rope chew toys and various play things.
Shoes, throw rugs, table legs and electric chords
were of special interest so we are puppy proofing
everything
She sleeps through the night now, usually waking
around six. The potty training is coming along. She
is too young to expect her to get this right already
.All the books say up to six months. So far she
NEVER has pooh accidents...only peepee ones. We
take her out constantly and she goes every time.
The rest will come as her bladder develops (and she
finishes marking her territory.)
I have some great pix...just need to learn how to
load them on my computer and send them to you. I
finally got the laptop back from the shop but it still
had a few problems. So, I promise to get the pix
to you one way or the other once we figure out
how.. Gabbi is very photogenic....not that I am
partial !!!! By the way, her coat has gotten longer
and silkier as it grows. She is just gorgeous. Know
that she is loved and doted on every chance we
get. Talk to you soon.

Hi Gloria,
We had a great Christmas, hope you did as
well. Charlie is doing fantastic! He spent
a lot of time retreating to his crate on the
24th as he was getting used to his new
surroundings. He has since really warmed
up to the kids. And boy do they love
Charlie! He has not had a single potty
accident and has slept in his crate for 6+
hours every night. He is so proud now. He
walks with his chest out and his head high
and just craves attention from people, not
that it is hard for him to get as cute as he
is. We have lots of pictures and will post a
few soon. I will forward a link on to you.
The first 3 days have gone even better
than I had hoped for. Thanks again for all
your help.

Gloria,
I just wanted to give you a little update on
how Tahlulah is doing. She weighs 9 1/2
pounds and she was fixed last week. She's
feeling great. She got her stitches out
today. She dressed as a devil for Halloween
because it definitely fit her personality.
She goes to Doggy Day Care once a week
and LOVES it! Erik and I have started
talking about possibly getting another one
this summer for her to have a sister at
home so you may be hearing from us in the
Spring. Our vet is doing pictures with
Santa for Christmas so I will send you one
of those too! The new puppies look so cute! I
hope everyone is feeling well. Talulah misses
everybody!
Take Care, Lauren and Erik
Gloria,
Here is a link to the pictures we are sending
in with Charlie's AKC Registration.
Thought you would enjoy these. He's
growing up so fast. Over 7 lbs now! He had
a great time in the snow on Monday. I
should have taken pictures. The snow clung
to his legs and he looked like a honey bee
that had been gathering pollen.
We have been absolutely thrilled with him.
The transition into our home has gone better
than we could have even hoped for. Thanks
for all your help!

Morocco is doing great! He can be rather
stubborn at times, but we're working on
that. We've been teaching him basic
commands and will probably start basic
training at Petsmart or Petco in January.
Finally, both Metoi and Morocco are still
learning to deal with one another. Their
interaction has improved drastically. :)
Well, we'll send a few pictures this evening.
I hope that all has been well! Happy
Holiday's!
Very respectfully,
Erin MacKenzie Crockett
Khia, Morocco and Metoi the cat.

Hey Gloria!
Hope you and your family had a great Christmas. We sure did! Amanda was so incredibly
surprised when she woke up Christmas morning and heard a dog whining next to the tree. She
could hardly contain herself. She said she had the best Christmas ever. Lacey is doing
fine....adjusting to her new home. When I took her to my parents house on xmas eve, the
meet and greet with Angel was not what I expected. Lacey was so shy and timid and Angel
did all the bullying. It was so funny to watch. Angel certainly showed Lacey who the boss
was. But now they're best friends and love running around with each other in my parents
back yard. Lacey's only had 2 accidents in our house (and 2 in my parents house). She's
walking well on a leash. We're working on her sleeping habits. The very first night was
hard.....she did not like sleeping in her crate and in an effort to keep her from waking
Amanda up on xmas eve, we had to take turns laying on the floor with our hands through the
crate door so she knew we were there. But now she sleeps in her little doggy bed next to
our bed and sleeps all night. She doesn't like it when we put her in the pen at all! Tomorrow
should be interesting when we go to work. Lacey is Allen's shadow and is always by his side
and when he's not around she whines for him. It's really cute. She is a great addition to our
family and we are so glad that we found you and were able to get Lacey from you. Thanks so
much for everything and I'll let you know how Lacey is doing. Take care. Nikki
