This agreement entered into on the _________ day of __________, 20____, by and between Gloria Hicks,
heinafter referred to as Seller, and ______________________, heinafter referred to as Buyer, for the
following Miniature Schnauzer puppy:

This puppy is sold as ‘pet quality’ only. No guarantee is expressed or implied that the puppy is of show
quality. No guarantee is expressed or implied as to the breeding abilities of this puppy. This puppy is sold
with full AKC registration unless otherwise noted on this agreement.
Seller has made every effort to assure the health of this puppy. Seller will have puppy UTD on all age
appropriate vaccinations. All puppies will have tails docked and dew claws removed. EARS ARE LEFT
NATURAL!! Shipping is available to anywhere in the continental US at buyer's expense.
Buyer agrees, at his/her expense, to take this puppy to his/her veterinarian within 72 hours of taking
possession of the puppy. Failure to do so will void this warranty! Any life-threatening conditions
discovered by the buyer’s veterinarian during this examination are to be reported to Seller immediately
via a written report from buyer's veterinarian. (IMPORTANT INFO: This does not include kennel cough,
coccidia, or parasitic worms; all common and very treatable conditions in puppies. This
guarantee also does not include hypoglycemia, which can be brought about by the stress of
going into a new home, and is easily treated. If Buyer's veterinarian discovers any life-threatening
condition during this exam and Buyer chooses to keep the puppy, Seller will not be held responsible for any
expenses incurred in treating this puppy. If Buyer does not wish to keep this puppy, he/she may return the
puppy to Seller for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). This puppy is also guaranteed
for one year after pick-up or ship date against any life-threatening genetic conditions that may appear
during that time. If this puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic condition, buyer must provide
a written and notarized report from a licensed veterinarian describing said condition. Seller has the right to
have all reports and statements sent to a veterinarian of her choice for review before any monies are
refunded. Seller has the right to refuse a refund if the findings are disputed by her veterinarian. If the buyer
chooses to keep the puppy, Seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred in treating this puppy.
ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE PUPPY IS GIVEN ANY VACCINATIONS WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS
OF BUYER’S TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PUPPY!!
Seller retains full interest in this puppy until all checks have cleared and payment is received in full for this
puppy. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only!! A non-refundable deposit of $100 will hold the
puppy of your choice. Puppy must be paid for in full by 7 weeks of age if being shipped. Buyer is
responsible for all shipping charges. If paying thru Paypal, buyer is responsible for any additional fees
charged by Paypal. Seller accepts only Paypal, cashier’s checks, or cash as final payment for this puppy.
This purchase agreement is for the undersigned parties only and is non-transferable. By signing this
agreement, Buyer states that he/she has read this contract and agrees to all terms stated within.
